A Symptom Is a Signal. Not Always the Full Picture

Bloating, fatigue, poor sleep, brain fog, stubborn weight, and hormonal concerns can have several interconnected contributors.

My Functional Diagnostic Nutrition approach looks for patterns, stressors, and areas of imbalance instead of chasing one symptom at a time. I help you understand what your body may be communicating, build an appropriate plan, and recognize when medical evaluation or follow-up is warranted.

THE WHOLE PICTURE

Your Health Is More Than a Collection of Symptoms

I take the time to understand how the pieces of your health connect. The point is not to investigate everything. It is to see enough of the picture to know what deserves attention first.

See how testing fits

Your story

Health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, goals, and what has or has not worked before.

Your daily rhythms

Nutrition, digestion, movement, sleep, stress, recovery, environment, and the routines shaping your days.

Your starting point

Your limitations, readiness for change, and the few things most worth focusing on right now.

One practice, six systems, measured.

Test. Don't Guess.

When we need more answers, we test.

Objective information can move us beyond assumptions and generic recommendations. But more testing is not always better.

For some clients, their goals, history, and current habits give us enough direction to begin. When a test can answer a meaningful question, it may help us look at digestive patterns, hormones, metabolic and cardiovascular markers, nutrient status, body composition, fitness, or energy regulation.

Not everyone needs extensive testing.I use it when the information can change what we do next.

A GOOD PLACE TO BEGIN

Start With the Whole Picture.
Then Test What Matters.

If you want to understand whether functional testing could add useful context, the first step is a simple conversation.
